Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of replies.fyi (the “Service”), operated by Mubeen Ahmad / replies.fyi (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Fremont / South Bay, California, USA. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

replies.fyi provides done-for-you replies to Google reviews for restaurants and similar local businesses, plus a Friday themes summary highlighting patterns and issues from the week’s reviews. The Service is designed for operators who prefer not to draft every reply themselves.

To deliver replies on Google Business Profile (GBP), you invite a Manager email we designate (for example, replies.fyi@gmail.com) to your listing. You remain the Owner. We will never ask for your Google account password. Access is limited to what Manager permissions allow for posting replies and reading reviews needed to provide the Service.

We aim for replies that match your voice using samples and guidance you provide. Replies are generally posted without requiring your prior approval for each one. You can review posted replies in your account and ask us to adjust tone. We do not guarantee that every reply will match your preferences perfectly or that Google will always display replies as expected.

3. Accounts

You may sign up with email and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and business information so we can deliver the Service. Notify us promptly at hello@replies.fyi if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Billing, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed per Google Business Profile location. Current pricing is shown on our website (for example, monthly and annual options). A 7-day free trial is typically available when you subscribe; a payment method is collected via Stripe at checkout, and the first charge generally occurs after the trial ends (for example, on day 8), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your billing settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges already incurred for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us. Failed payments may result in suspension or loss of paid features until billing is restored.

We may change prices with reasonable notice for future billing periods. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Instruct us to post replies that are defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that violate Google’s policies or applicable law
• Misrepresent your business, fabricate reviews, or manipulate ratings in violation of platform rules
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access another customer’s data
• Share your account in a way that compromises security or our operations

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or operational risk.

6. Your content and Google access

You retain ownership of your business information, sample replies, and review-related content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that material solely to operate, improve, and deliver the Service (including drafting and posting replies and preparing Friday summaries).

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate GBP permissions and for complying with Google’s terms. If you remove Manager access, we may be unable to continue posting replies until access is restored.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and our original materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. You may not copy, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly allowed.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific ranking or review outcomes on Google, or that replies will achieve any particular business result.

replies.fyi is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content or instructions for replies, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights (including Google policies), except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to applicable consumer protections that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
