1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how replies.fyi (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Mubeen Ahmad / replies.fyi in Fremont / South Bay, California, USA, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and service. We provide done-for-you Google review replies and Friday theme summaries for restaurants and similar businesses.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account data: name, email address, and password (if you use email sign-in), or profile information provided via Google Sign-In
• Business profile: restaurant or location name, Google Business Profile details, tone/sample replies, and preferences you share so we can write in your voice
• Subscription and billing status: plan, trial status, and subscription state as needed to deliver paid features
• Service content: Google reviews and reply text we process or post on your behalf, and Friday summary content
• Usage and technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages or features used, to operate and secure the Service
• Communications: messages you send to hello@replies.fyi

We do not ask for your Google account password. GBP access is via a Manager invite you control.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Draft and post review replies and prepare Friday theme summaries
• Process subscriptions, trials, and billing status
• Provide support and respond to requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service
• Send service-related notices (for example, billing or account changes)
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Payment and processors

Stripe processes payments. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we receive subscription and payment status needed to run your account, not your full card number. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Google may process data when you use Google Sign-In and when we access review/reply features through Manager permissions on Google Business Profile. Google’s terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

We may also use hosting, email, and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements, solely to operate the Service.

5. Cookies and session

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions, security, and basic site operation (for example, keeping you signed in). We do not rely on third-party advertising cookies for the core Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or core features from working.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed:

• With processors such as Stripe and hosting/email providers
• With Google as required to post replies and read reviews for your listing
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
• In connection with a business transfer (for example, sale or reorganization), with notice where appropriate

7. Retention

We keep account, business, and service data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for billing records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and backups. You may request deletion of your account data; we will delete or anonymize personal data when no longer needed, except where we must retain it by law.

8. Your rights (including California)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to request information about how we collect and share it. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under California law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account and service data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and protect access to your email and Google accounts.

10. Children

The Service is for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International users

We operate primarily from California, USA. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
